About Pilo
Pilo is a family-run construction project management firm based in Tel Aviv. Over the years Liat and Amir Pilo, sister and brother, have managed and supervised dozens of high-end projects: private homes, villas, penthouses and luxury apartments across Tel Aviv and the central region. A number of them have been photographed and published, and several have been recognised on national television and in the international design press.
The strength of the firm is the two of us together. Liat lives on the site, with a designer's understanding of the architecture and a builder's command of how it actually goes up. Amir holds the commercial, financial and contractual side, with the knowledge of a lawyer and the discipline of a business mind. Most firms give you one of these. With Pilo you get both, working as one.
That combination shows up in a way that is hard to find elsewhere. What Liat sees and decides on site is carried straight into the contracts, the budget and the payment terms that Amir manages, and the commercial decisions Amir makes are translated back into precise instructions on the ground. Nothing is lost between the field and the paperwork, because the same two people own both ends of it.
We take on a small number of clients at a time, and we work with them personally. We treat every project the way we would treat our own home, with attention to every detail and a genuine relationship with the people we build for. From the first sketch to the final handover, both of us are beside you.

Amir Pilo
Attorney | Project Manager
Amir leads the commercial, financial and contractual side of every project. He manages the tenders, evaluates the bids, conducts the negotiations with contractors and suppliers, and keeps continuous control of the budget from the first estimate to the final payment.
What sets his management apart is the knowledge behind it. A background in law and business taught him to read an agreement closely, to identify risk before it becomes a cost, and to weigh every alternative on commercial as well as practical terms. He brings that same thinking to the project every single day, so that each decision is made with a full understanding of where it leads.
He holds law degrees (LL.B, LL.M) and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and Information Systems, along with a Construction Project Management certificate from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Liat Pilo
Project Manager & Site Supervisor (B.Design)
Liat has spent years managing and supervising luxury construction projects, and she grew up around them long before that. Her father was a craftsman, and as a child she learned to read a building the way others read a book. Construction has been her world ever since.
What makes her rare on a project is that she speaks two languages fluently. She understands the architect's intent, the logic of the design and the reason behind every line on the plan. She also knows exactly what it takes to build it: the materials, the trades, the order of the work, the limits of the site. Standing between those two worlds, she translates vision into something that can truly be built, and finds the adjustments that protect the design while keeping the work realistic, clean and on schedule.
On site, across Tel Aviv and the central region, she leads the day to day supervision. She coordinates the architect, consultants and contractors, controls the quality at every stage of the work, reviews materials before they go in, and resolves technical and planning issues on the spot, before they turn into delays or cost. With a B.Design behind her, she brings a designer's eye into a builder's world, and she notices the details that decide whether a home feels truly finished or simply built.
